I just came back from Jay-Z’s Obama/Voter Registration Concert in Miami, — incredible (.. and free!). It was held at the Bayfront Park Amphitheater where thousands joined together to chant “FUCK BUSH” in unison while smoking pot. Rallying behind Barack Obama and the democratic view, the event was a great move for Obama’s campaign as he registered thousands of democratic votes to the state. The show was great, and the entire crowd had their diamonds up — bouncing to the lyrics with a blunt in their mouth. O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave, I suppose. “God Ble$$ America.”
Also, this past Saturday night was Atmosphere and SHIT SHOW. If you didn’t attend either of them – you’ve fucked up.
Lastly, Benny Benassi will be playing at Tabu tonight (tickets — $20). Then the Villians will be playing at Suite B this Wednesday for S.O.S. (Doors open at 10 and cover is only $5!).
